We save the data you enter in order to set up a user account. We retain your data for further use for as long as you keep your registration. You have the right to call up, correct or delete the data you have entered at any time. We delete your data on our side when deletion is legally required − at the latest two years after your last use of the site.

2. Use, forwarding and deletion of personal data

2.1. We only gather, process, use, store and forward the personal data with which you provide us for the purpose of processing job placements and accommodation placements as well as qualification programs and for the technical administration of the web pages. This includes forwarding the data to our strategic partner, the ibarus gGmbH, Sternstraße 5, 80538 Munich, Germany, HRB 226537.

2.2. Your personal data are only forwarded or otherwise passed to third parties if the forwarding of such is necessary for the purpose of placement within the scope of job placement, accommodation placement or qualification programs.

2.3. We would like to point out that, at the request of official authorities, in individual cases we are authorized to provide information about data insofar as this is necessary to carry out prosecution proceedings, to prevent danger through the federal and state police, to fulfill the statutory tasks of the constitution protection authorities of the German federal government and the federal states, the Federal Intelligence Services or Military Intelligence or to enforce intellectual property rights.

2.3. This consent is obtained on a voluntary basis. The consent to gather, process, use, store and forward the personal data can be withdrawn at any time with future effect. In case of the withdrawn, all personal data will be deleted by Horizont Impact Recruiting, as soon as the declaration of revocation is approached.

3. Security note

3.1. We have taken various security precautions to protect your personal data adequately and on an appropriate scale. Our data processing system is protected by physical and technical measures as well as procedural measures which limit access to the information to specially authorized persons in agreement with this data protection declaration. Our data processing system is located behind a software firewall to prevent access from other networks connected to the Internet. Only persons who require the information to fulfill a specific task receive access to personal information.

3.2. When personal information is collected via our website, it is transferred encrypted using the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

3.3. Notwithstanding the above, we would like to point out that when transferring data over the Internet, one hundred percent protection of the data against unauthorized access from third parties in line with the current state of technology is not possible and therefore cannot be guaranteed by us.
